About Us
Our history
World Fusion Catering began its journey in 2015 in Argentina, quickly gaining recognition for its excellence in private events, weddings, birthdays, and official ceremonies. We were honored to be selected to provide catering services for high-level protocol events, including those for the Argentine Army, the Presidential Office, and various private companies.
In 2020, we expanded our reach by establishing a presence in Miami, where we bring our catering expertise to the vibrant and diverse local food scene. Our commitment to culinary quality has led us to develop and operate beloved establishments such as Cafe Paris Garden in South Beach and Casa Pasta, a full-service Italian restaurant in Fort Pierce, proudly receiving over 1,400 Google reviews with a 4.9-star rating.
In addition to our restaurants, we have been an integral part of countless private events, including weddings, Sweet 16s, anniversaries, and baby showers, as well as institutional events and corporate meetings. We are pleased to be the official caterer of the US Committee of the Mercosur Chamber of Commerce and have had the honor of organizing events at consulates and chambers of commerce in various countries.

These are the founders and directors of World Fusion Catering, whose leadership and expertise make every event an unforgettable experience.
Patricia Albornoz
Patricia Albornoz, founder, director, and head chef, trained at the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy and the Gato Dumas School. With over 20 years of experience in cooking and catering, she is inspired by her Italian roots and specializes in pastries, sushi, and Mediterranean cuisine.
She is the executive chef at Casa Pasta and also oversees the culinary direction of Café Paris and other projects. Patricia plans and supervises events, creating custom menus, and currently serves as the Events Director for the US Committee of the Mercosur Chamber of Commerce.
Matias Asenjo
As Sous Chef, Matias Asenjo brings a practical and creative vision to every event. Trained at Gato Dumas and the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy, he stands out for his ability to improve each dish and lead a highly qualified kitchen team in a variety of areas.
With over 10 years of experience in corporate events, Matias is known for his ability to innovate and adapt menus to clients’ specific needs, ensuring unique and personalized experiences.
Rodrigo Eboli
Rodrigo Eboli, trained in public relations, hospitality, and event planning, has served as manager in several renowned restaurants in California, Marbella, and Florida.
In addition, he is a sommelier and a specialist in organizing wine tastings and pairings, combining gourmet flavors with expert matching.
Currently, Rodrigo is one of the key figures in the overall organization of World Fusion Catering, using his extensive experience to optimize operations and coordinate memorable events that blend culinary excellence with attention to detail.
Julieta Fernández
With a background in interior design and over two years of customer service experience in high-paced Italian restaurants, Julieta has specialized in providing warm, efficient, and personalized service. Her approach combines elegance and attention to detail, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
Accustomed to working in demanding environments, she makes sure each guest feels seen, heard, and well cared for. Her natural charisma and commitment to service excellence reflect the hospitality values of World Fusion Catering.
Tobías Asenjo
Energetic, and highly dedicated to creating unforgettable dining experiences, Tobías is a key member of our front-of-house team.
With a strong background in hospitality across top restaurants in Miami and Fort Pierce, he’s known for his charisma, attention to detail, and ability to connect with every guest.
His natural leadership, combined with sales skills and a passion for service, make him a driving force behind our commitment to excellence.
Matías Neves
With a solid background in event management, operations, and client relations across Argentina and the U.S., Matías brings strategic vision and flawless execution to every gathering.
As Event Manager, he oversees all stages of private and corporate events — from tailored proposals to day-of logistics — ensuring each experience exceeds expectations.
His leadership, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset make him a vital part of our mission to deliver unforgettable moments through food and service.
Karina Andrea Juliana
Karina Andrea Juliana has a strong background in sales and customer service, with a notable role since June 2025 at Casa Pasta, where she manages orders and provides warm, efficient service in a family-style dining environment.
Her training in etiquette, protocol, and table service complements her industry experience, bringing professionalism and attention to detail to every customer interaction.
She is also currently part of the World Fusion Catering team, where she contributes to guest service and event coordination, ensuring an impeccable experience for every attendee.
Alejandro Parera
Alejandro Parera serves as one of the chefs at Casa Pasta and has been part of the team for over three years.
Throughout this time, he has shown a deep commitment to culinary excellence, actively contributing to the preparation of each dish and maintaining the high standards that set the restaurant apart.
His addition to the team brought not only experience but also a collaborative spirit and great attention to detail, backed by strong hands-on training and a genuine passion for gastronomy.
Cristian Ivan Roggau
